a civic-engagement program through which Sokamba’s University of Southern California scholars engaged elementary school students in weekly creative activities to explore their visions of fostering Peace within themselves and throughout their communities.
Responding to the LAUSD COVID-19 virtual learning period, Sokamba partnered with the Sola Community Peace Center and USC’s Joint Educational Project for virtual offerings.
